Dr. Brennan McArthur is a Therapeutic Certified Optometrist with a special interest in pediatrics and dry eye management. He performs routine eye exams for glasses and contact lenses and evaluates and manages acute and chronic ocular diseases including systemic disease affecting the eyes, glaucoma, trauma, and anomalies of binocular vision. Originally from Ridgeland, MS, he attended Ridgeland High School. In 2017, he graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and minors in Chemistry, Psychology, and Latin.
Dr. McArthur received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Pikeville - Kentucky College of Optometry in 2022. He graduated top 5 in his class and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society all four years, which requires a cumulative 3.5 GPA. He is an active member of the Mississippi Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association.
