Dr. Glaze is a native of Ellisville, MS. He completed his undergraduate studies at Jones College and Mississippi State University. He received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where he then went on to complete his residency training in Ophthalmology. He then went on to complete his 2 year ASOPRS fellowship training in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery. This included training with Dr. Chris Fleming at the Hamilton Eye Institute at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN where he was also a staff ophthalmologist at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and a team ophthalmologist for the Memphis Grizzlies. Also included in fellowship was training with Dr. Ralph Wesley at TN Oculoplastics in Nashville, TN as well as international surgical outreach in Guatemala performing oculoplastic surgery for children in need.
