Dr Richardson is great! Would recommend him to anyone. One negative is this. Why do I have to fill out the same long winded paperwork each and every year if nothing has changed with my health or medications???? That is the only negative but to me it’s ridiculous to have to do this every year. Surely you file this information????? If not you should.
