My wife and I saw Anna Armstrong and she was great! Which is why you all get a one star review. Because I would love to give negative 5 stars. We ordered our glasses here as well. When ordering the glasses it was hard for the guy in the optical to understand that my wife was my wife and she was on my insurance; it threw him for a loop. No fault of his own as he was raised in a different generation. Then we receive a call that my wife’s glasses are in we get there and the lab sent back the wrong frames and the correct lenses; so they had to be sent back and get new ones ordered. My glasses came in; wrong lenses correct frame and now we will be waiting another week on mine. A very disappointing experience to say the least.
