My wife had her cataracts removed here. While the surgery itself was okay the facility they do it at is a joke. They do the surgery in a small building behind the clinic about the size of my garage. You sit in a waiting room that’s about 4×8 with about 8 chairs and it’s like being crammed into a small commuter plane. Some folks were having to sit outside in 98 degree heat because no seats available. And if you need a restroom you have to walk across to another building. When you pick your patient up you get in a line of cars on the side of the building for about 10-15 minutes in the 98 degree weather and they come out to the car. This is so dysfunctional and unprofessional I can’t believe they are getting away with this. Hattiesburg Eye Clinic get you stuff together !!! So unprofessional health care.
