Appointment in laurel was 9:40, finally seen at 11:30, explanation was oh well, we’re just running late. Was scheduled for right eye cataract surgery 2 weeks later in mid December then left eye a week later. Received a call 3 days before the appointment stating that they were unable to do the surgery. The reason was they did not realize that it had not been 180 days since my stint has been done. I told them this during my appointment but they apparently didn’t understand or care. Now scheduled for mid January which means I will not be able to drive to visit with my family during Christmas. Very poor training of employees.
