Had an appointment for 9:30 am and arrived a little early. At 11am I was still waiting to be called so decided to cancel and leave. I spoke with the receptionist and asked if it would be much longer and she assured me that I was next, but almost (15-20) minutes later still waiting. Not sure what their deal was, but will never go there again.
