My appointment started 50 minutes late. No one cared and were rude when I asked. When I got back finally the tech was slamming the keys and she was short and snappy. When Dr Todd came in 2.5 hours after my appointment time he was rushed!!! Wasn’t in the room 4 minutes. Then went to get glasses and there were not many choices. So sad this play was great a couple of years ago.
